Additionally, salt particles are introduced into the room (1) in micro-sized particles via a salt generator (6).
Halotherapy (Greek halos = salt) is salt therapy. The origin of halotherapy is based on speleotherapy salt caves. It began when workers in the mines in Poland discovered that their asthma and lung diseases were miraculously cured. Research has shown that this was due to the effect of salt.
